In 2014 I met Dr Motebang while I was sharing my story about my past experiences and sharing my vision. During that time, I had an NPO that was 6 years old without any staff, offices and funding. I was just dreaming until Dr Motebang became my coach and helped me to turn that dream into reality simply by activating my leadership skills and attributes. She did not only focus on my leadership skills, but she also helped me to care for my health, share my vision with my family and encourage them to participate in the business and leading my business and organization to be one of the best in town. Today my organization has 23 permanent paid employees and we reach out to 1200 vulnerable young people around the City of Tshwane. It took Dr Motebang 1 year to turn my whole life around and I don’t know where I would be without her wisdom and advise. Thank Dr Motebang, there are no words I can use to express the positive impact you had in my life.
